Prices were comparable to Ketumbar? Well I know which I would choose then. Ketumbar is a class above Breeze in looks anyway. I found Ketumbar has a very good atmosphere, service, food quality and presentation.
Any "good" restaurant has the 5% service charge. Not worth denying yourself fine dining to save a few dollars. I eat at cheaper places too but you get what you pay for in most cases.
Can't beat places like Ketumbar and Drops for elegant but not overpriced dining. Did you go to Drops again? Their meals are amazing. And the deserts.
A young Aussie girl "owns" Breeze (Zoe). She seemed nice. Her dad was there too. Bought into it with her inheritance I heard.
