well first up if we had stayed in the south wing, i was quoted 170USD per night including the american breakfast... (we were there from june 28th till july 5th) they did mention that the price was going up per night at July 1st for peak season, but they agreed to keep it at 170USD for us. (it would have gone up about 20USD i think)
when we checked in i asked for the upgrade to club (my dad suggested it as he is a regular guest) and they said it was another 50 USD per day...
so we had the choice of the buffett breakfast or the continental one at the club lounge, we always had the buffett breakfasts, and most afternoons took advantage of the free snacks etc.
our room number was 2217 (in the east wing). it was right near the club pool (not a direct view of the pool tho, a little to the side) and a short walk to the beach.
We found the breakfast was nicer down at salsa verde, my boyfriend said the nasi goreng tasted better there, he's an indonesian so he should know hahahaa.. :) but i do agree it did had more flavor :) i always say depends on the chef at the time :)
