just got back today, yeh there is a little smoking room in the airport terminal.. if you are outside you can smoke anywhere. however in the food places we went to, they asked if it was smoking or non smoking needed. they if dont ask you, then that means they dont care... :) Jakarta is more strict, now your not even allowed to smoke anywhere inside the malls.
