your enquiry about One cover, having used them for the last 4 trips and making one claim with them. Had no problems but they do ask for receipts / proof of ownership of items. You also need to go to the police and obtain a written report, regardless of whether the article is lost or stolen.
Personally, I strongly suggest you buyout the excess. For a single traveller it is an additional $21 or $24, cant remember which. [It may differ if covering more than one person on the policy.]
Two other friends have also used One cover and claimed. They too received their money once all the documentation required was lodged.
