Ulam is just outside the south gate of nusa dua, on Jalan Pantai Mengiat. Very near Bali Hilton. There are some restaurants on both sides of the road. Recall Ulam has 2 shops & we prefered the one on the left (upon leaving south gate).The grill fish & grill chicken are good. They do hotel pick up.
BumbuBali is on Jalan Pratama, the road leaving nusa dua, heading north towards Tanjong Benoa. It is before Aston Bali. Pl see www.balifoods.com. This is a cooking school/restaurent and there are legong dance performance during dinner. Dont know if they do pick up.
You can pick up some maps at airport & should be able to locate base on the above descrition.
The japanese restaurent in grand hyatt is a japanese building with a court yard. very nice also.
