I spent hours before going to Bali trying to find a website for this homestay- nothing. Here is the correct telephone number. (363) 21697
Set behind the restaurant unseen by the public all rooms are very decent and clean with huge ensuite bathrooms that have western style toilets, sunken bathtubs, shower and hot water . They have no telephone tv or a/c but it's cooler in the mountains. Rooms are made for your first night's stay but not for subsequent nights. Sheets and towels are supplied. Soap and toilet paper if you chase the staff up about it.
The price scale varies along with the style of accommodation. There are 2 story rooms and a villa with it's own plunge pool and magnificent view over the palace grounds. We needed two rooms. The price we were offered for the cheapest rooms was 450,000 rp per night for both rooms, not each, including full breakfast taxes and service charges. The villa was u.s.$100 per night. We're lousy bargainers so you may bargain a much cheaper price than we did.
The entry price to see the grounds is 5000rp. If you're a guest do not pay this fee.
There are small warungs outside the palace grounds to vary where you eat. Wether at the palace restaurant or small outside warungs dining is not by any means expensive.
Here are the details for the only masseur allowed within the palace grounds. He has 26 years of experience and is very good. I Gede Dauh Rudy 085 237 035 173
You will find no sellers of anything within the palace grounds..
Hope this helps and have a wonderful trip.
