Now some on here are confused at just what's considered the Bali belly
Bali belly Delhi belly, Bali belly, Montezuma's revenge,or the bug etc
can mean both ends are running, often at the same time,and the stink is that bad...
It's not just a case of food poisoning as some here claim,.. yes it can be a part of food poisoning, but the Bali Belly in general is a bad case of the trots..if you have a bad case, yes! you get stomach craps similar to food poisoning,.. but that's not what you have in most cases... it's the trots and all the reasons for that have been listed...
The Balinese when they get it always say they eat something not good,.. that doesn't mean it was off,..
