took about 6 weeks but was some confusion as I had replaced the lost item and then they decided they wanted to see the receipt. I asked that initially and they said no, not required.
Anyway once supplied I received my money within a few days by direct debit into my account.
Know of other friends who have claimed too and while they seem to ask for additional information, if you supply it the claim proceeds no problem. cheers :-)
