I think that there are different levels of lounge, there are the Dewa and Dewi lounges, which are 100,000rp entry per person and from what I could gather when searching the archives, another one upstairs, which might be the one you are referring to?
We used the Dewa lounge last trip and it was worth the 100 000rp for sure, whatever you want to eat or drink, comfy couches, TV etc. We were almost the only ones in there. They ask you what flight you are on and will call you when it is ready.
You just go up to the door and pay the attendant for entry. We looked into the Dewi lounge, which I think is the one next door to gate 8 & 9 but we like the Dewa lounge better, better range of food and drink and newer surroundings.
