It has nothing to do with letting the card take out of your sight! Our card has always been either in our purse or in the atm or in the shops' "Card machines". And the fraud happened to us twice. They drew money from all over the world: from Vietnam, Thailand, from Australia, from Malaysia,... places we have never been. I would say just bad luck. I planned to use the cr card only for atms in the future, but when I read the post from nikkiknack... It took us about 1 year to get all the lost money back from the insurance.
