I agree with liem ,take aussie dollars also some $2 dollar coins,ten dollars or so taxi drivers will take them,.. ask for a metered price and pay what's on the meter or you can just ask for a price to your hotel,just remember $2 can get you a long way in bali.I don't change my money at the airport exchanges either in bali or australia ,you get a lot better rate on the street,be safe, change one hundred dollars at a time it's a lot easier to check,
and use the kodak shops or bank sponsered money changers .If still unsure just ask some other aussie travellers in bali .Always watch the person changing your money and don't let yourself be distracted
while doing the transaction,always recount your money before leaving
