I think you could probably wear a cap under your helmet, but might be a bit squishy.
They supply cold water, some bananas and cold face towels, so really only take what you can carry on yourself. I had my camera attached around my neck and left everything else in the van that followed.
We went with Bali Budaya Bike Tours.
Gee I recommend the ride as you get to see village life so much better from the bike. The locals say hello as you ride past and even the dogs and chooks seem to want to be involved. Bloody dogs and chooks!
