As most people living in Bali do work 6 days, sunday is normally family day. You will find the beaches and restaurants packed with Expats and locals enjoying their only day off. Traffic is busier, especially through Kuta, Legian, Seminyak. I think going up to the mountains won't be so busy though. But being school holidays, there will be heaps of locals out and visitors from other Indonesian countries.
