My mother is in bali at the moment and she is have clothes made at Bali Brumby. They are located at Jl. Dewi Sartika, Kuta Center Block F No.14. These guys make great clothes. They are situated between the sling shot and bubba gump shrimp co. There is a street that runs between. I'm not sure about the bathers but I know there were some postings a couple a weeks ago about places to go. If the guys at bali brumby can't make them for you they should be able to refer you to someone.
