Hi Ian, there is a small gym there nothing fantastic, but will probably do the job... I would say go for the ground floor if you are a social person and like talking to everyone, like I do..When upstairs you don't get to chat to everyone that walks past.. personl preference I think.. as for the kids club i dont think so.. I never seen it when I was there with my kids...
