There is a brand new shop just opened @ "gang Benesari No 19 Kuta " which is owned by an Aussie & he has fitted the shop out with all the equipment including air conditioning , very strict on hygiene & the artist is excellent , his name is Kadek ( mobile 081933010678 ) & he came 2nd in the Bali Tatto Comp last year.
