If you want REALLY good deals then you need to know what times (plural ) to travel are the BEST times for the lowest deals. One of these times ( to look ) is March / April, you can get deals for May/June at $495.00 each staying at 2 star accom including breakfasts for 14 days. You always have to look 2/3 months before you want to go,for best deals. Of course the airline Taxes are on top, but I paid $495.00 plus $205 tax =$700.00 for 14 days, thats pretty good. This was thru HOT SPOT travel agent in Queen st Perth, but they advertise every week in the sunday times and if you keep the travel lift out, over a period of time you will come to see that there are at least three times a year that you can get cheap to REAL cheap prices. Of course thats at budget hotels, but believe me, they are not slums, they are adequet for the life style most people have whilst in Bali.If you want more opulence then you go up to 3/4/5 star, but as most have breakfast then go out, come back at lunch time, have shower,go out again come back late arvo and have shower and go back out again, then whats the point in 5 star accomodation, when you are hardly there !! some people would want to stay around the pool a lot and hotel complex then if so and want better surrounding , then you will have to pay more. But the subject matter was CHEAP air fares/deals, so thats what I am proposing here. Also Premier travel and Travel hot spot, you want to follow their adds and see what they come up with from time to time,. Its like looking for a second hand car deal, the more time you have to look, the better the deals you see and can get. Best of luck, we will be in Bali June 16th. cant wait, to have a bintang on the beach with ketuk at his little esky bar at the beginng of Kuta beach Nr Kuta Square at 4pm each day !!!!!!! to quench the thirst and get ready for another great night.
