and never had a problem we have stayin the residence 2 bedroom when our daughter was young and now she comes with us and has her own room. The residence is a a good walk from the pool but closed to the front gate and shops and its right on the beach and close to some great beach front restaurants and walking distance to Double Six Road which has very cheap sarongs and lots of bead shops. The staff are always friendly some of the rooms are getting a bit tired but they were renovating them, I personally don't like the pool front rooms as they are the original rooms but every other one we have stayed in have been fine. It's location is central to plenty of shops shops, restaurants and honest money changer up past the school just near a really good bag shop
