my ex and i had our trip to bali booked and payed for, for our honeymoon. we too broke up and would get very little back on a refund, so we both decided to go anyway, we figured it was just for 10 days and then didnt have to see each other again. it was tense at times, but i did what i wanted and he did what he wanted. it seemed a waste of money not to go.
