I presume you mean to visit?..if so..
For them:
+ Need visa form from Aus consulate in Denpasar 48RIND
+ A valid passport & a photocopy
+ 1 current passport photo
+ the current processing fee (non refundable)
+ Evidence of employment with letter giving permission for time off from employer (if employed)& a photocopy
+ Identification card(KTP) & a photocopy
+ Family Card (Kartu Keluarga) & a photocopy.

From you:
+A letter of invitation (and an itinerary is often a good idea)asking them to visit & that you will be responsible for all accommodation, meals, expenses etc.
+A copy of your passport
+Evidence of funds to support their time in Australia -ie bank statements for the last 3 months
Fill in the form.
Take all originals & copies to consulate.
Pay the fee & hand it required items.
Wait 3-5 working days for the answer.
Must travel within 3 months of issuance of visa.
Be aware costs for the ticket, fiscal tax, departure tax etc.
