I can recommend Tjampuhan Hotel in Ubud. Stayed there 3 weeks ago and it was lovely. 3 star, bungalows built on the edge of ravine going down to river. Good breakfast, their courtesy shuttle bus will take you all over the town as required. Peaceful, serene rooms in forest setting. Website is www.indo.com/hotels/tjampuhan
