it may help to pronounce it GenEEEEWAAAA, as they do. We had one driver look totally bewildered about where we wanted to go & then when we showed him on paper he said "Ah, GenEEEEWAAAA, why didn't you say this?". Gotta giggle! Cheers, Sue.
