that you will need 2 rooms. I dont think Suri has interconnecting rooms but they are sort of built in blocks of 2 rooms next door to each other so the kids wouldnt be far away from you.
Reading the brochure I have from when I stayed at easter the deluxe rooms have double beds and the standard rooms have double or 2 single beds. In one of the deluxe rooms you could certainly fit 3 single beds even though it would be a bit tight. They may have a roll-away type bed.
