I tried these guys when I went on a cruise about 6 weeks ago, I was quoted approx $79 for a family cover and approx $108 was the quote I got from 1cover (which is still good but not as good as TID. I used TID and processed it all over the internet and actually had to use it as my daughter end up with a hand sized red raw rash on her behind. I submitted my insurance claim when I got home, which was quite easy and was suprised that apart from my $75 excess I got the rest of the bill back. It only took 2 weeks and I had no problem. So I would used these people again. Just google them and they should come up. cheers!!
