Kids were 8 & 9 years, I hadn't rode a bike since High School (now 39), so I was a bit worried at first.
The ride was all down hill, fingers got sore from braking as did bum a bit.
Easy ride and we really loved it, heaps of stops on the way, through villages not on main road so a bit safer for kids, dogs didn't worry us although an odd chicken here and there got in the way.
Very educational if you do all the stops, kids learnt so much.
Brekky just average tea/coffee cold pancakes, fruit.
Lunch at the end at a home based restaurant, very yummy.
I would recommend, we booked through Nikki.
Bikes like new, with helmets, and a support vehicle if you give up riding. 2 guides one at front and one at back.
