You won't find anything the likes of Chatuchuk markets in Bali. The markets are all much smaller. The closest market to Dynasty I think would be Kuta Art Markets (maybe 5 - 10 minute walk north, depending on how fast you walk!). I'm not a super early riser, so don't know what time they open.
The markets at Denpasar might be a lot bigger and sell a wider range of stuff. I haven't been there, but have heard the sellers can be quite aggressive and people hassle you to act as a 'guide'.
