No - if you are walking away from Jayakarta end - go past swiss restaurant up to the bend in the road. There is a leather goods shop at the end (same side of the road as the swiss rest.) just pass that - before hotel Kusnadi is a little gang on the left he is at the start of it - there is a small sign saying 'tailor' - tell him Jacquii told you and you should get a favourable rate as I have had many relative here and put heaps of business his way... happy to recommend. One thing though - he is MUCH better at a copies (although great anyway) so if you have a fav skirt or pic of one bring it to show and go from there...
