I have taken many fabrics with me for Brisbane Tailor to make, and always find dresses and shirts good. I have bought trouser/pants material a few times and find I buy crepes or similar and they are usually too heavy.
Last trip I got them to buy the pants fabric and its much better. They have many many samples of fabrics.
For mens suits, pure wool, blends,cottons etc, I would not hesitate to use their fabrics again.
We had mens business trousers and suits made last year and were very happy with their workmanship.
Best idea, is to go to the shop, very basic, sort out styles, fabrics and prices then arrange for Mr Anson to come to your hotel for all fittings. Its so much easier and cooler in your air cond room.
