On Jalan Laksmana is AURORA, a relativley new restaurant, with a fantastic Californian chef. They only use imported meats - best quality.
There is a lovely bar section at the front for pre-dinner drinks and as you are on Eat St, you can always pop across the road to the Metro Bar to kick on with a few bintangs.
Best food I have had in Bali - and I have tried Living Room (also loved it too), but now Aurora takes the mantle for my new favourite for a special occasion!
