Don't be put off by Kylieann - we loved the position, had clean rooms, sheets etc. Stayed both times on the second floor. Lovely helpful staff. Can't beat sitting having breakfast looking out over the beach watching the goings on. The number of good restaurants you can walk to in fantastic, and the hotel has a shuttle bus to take you to Kuta and you can either walk back leisurly or get a taxi (which is so cheap). Loved It!!
