there are many "over-priced" notebook computers in Bali. i personally have checked many but practically they are more than 5 years old, yet most owners asked for Rp. 3 million and above. there are only a few which i have tested and burned the hardware down to be recommended as useful, then you have to worry about operating system as well as other software. about 80% of the used computers i have come across don't have a legal OS.
