Hi Moccha,
Club Bali Mirage is a fantastic resort. It is so good that it was actually hard work. We were lying poolside overlooking the ocean, with our free cocktails and plates of food. We were relaxing with a book and had trouble moving enough to turn the page... Where is the page-turning slave when you need them???
We were on the 3rd floor (room 312). There is only 1 lift which we discovered on our second last day so if you are like us, you might not want to climb 3 flight stairs each time... The resort is in a U shape facing the ocean.
Most of the rooms have 2 double beds which we got pushed together to make a huge king size. Getting a room overlooking the court yard is nicest (inside of the U) as the outside ones look out onto vacant lots (full of scrub).
There a a few suites at the end of each corridor which have big 4 posted canopy beds with a separate sitting area and big screen TVs. These are more expensive but very impressive.
The place is fantastic and you can go next door to the Grand Mirage to use their pool, business centre (with free internet) and games room.
Hope this helps. We loved the place but found that there were absolutely no Aussies and only a couple of English speaking Europeans.
