I got some done last trip to bali, we stayed at the dynasty and their are always a group of young blokes at the back of the hotel on the beach front, there are also some shops there. I asked one of the guys and next thing you know he had a photo album full of cards that had been done, I gave him an idea of what i wanted and they where done in 2 days. Cant remember the price but it was cheap. I didn't pay until I had viewed them and was very happy.
