AIR PARADISE UPDATE: 26 April 2006
for further information www.airparadise.com.au
I applied for a refund before Air Paradise services were suspended. Will I still receive my
refund?
At present Air Paradise is unable to provide a refund to any ticket holders, including those who had
applied for a refund before services were suspended.
Air Paradise is conducting an urgent assessment of the airline's financial position, including its ability
to provide refunds and will provide further information when this assessment is complete.
Your travel agent has access only to the information which appears on the website
www.airparadise.com.au, and will not be able to provide you with any further information regarding
refunds at this time. Your travel agent is not able to decide whether or not you will receive a refund.
I bought tickets to fly with Air Paradise but have not yet travelled. What should I do?
Air Paradise will provide further information in relation to refunds in due course.
What about Departure and Government Taxes?
These funds have been forwarded to Air Paradise to pay government tax components of individual
bookings, on behalf of the passengers. As these funds are typically payable to governments at the
time of travel, Flight Centre seeks an explanation as to where these funds are.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS.
Air Paradise say updates will be posted on the Air Paradise website, www.airparadise.com.au
