I rang HBF re my ancillary cover and they have told me that they will pay a rebate on glasses (frames and lenses) and also on dental work done in Bali. You just need to show them an itemised receipt in English and proof of payment. They don't convert rupiah into $AUS, they just pay the listed rebate. I thought this was interesting.
