I don't know any teachers who dress like slobs. I would have thought it quite wonderful if kids dress the way they do because of the way the teacher dresses but I must say I never really wanted a twin set and pearls or sensible brouges. The dolly mags and rave influence but not teaching staff.
I respect teachers, I am a member of the public. My friends respect teachers. I think the schools which were mentioned attempt to educate difficult and problem students. A lot of these kids are from abusive backgrounds, have not had breakfast and have no lunch money either.
