Garuda told me all Monday Flights out of Sydney are now via Brisbane.
The Monday Flights was direct flights.
My flight on 31/07/06 has been changed to go via Brisbane.
Garuda said I can change my flight to a direct flight if I want to at no extra cost but I got a package deal through a travel agent which used I-Xplore.
My travel agent said I-Xplore wants me to pay $110 per person to change the flight in the package deal. It is not good enough. It wouldnt worry me if it was just me but Im taking my 22 month old baby boy who is hyperactive. The flight will be just tooooo long for him. A 6 hour and 10 minute flight has now turned into 8 hours and 40 minutes.
That was the reason I picked a direct flight in the first place. 15 times to Bali and this is my first time I have ever had a problem. I hope things work out ok. Good luck to everyone else having any problems with Garuda flight changes.
