you can get up to XXXXL size I think, mainly t-shirts and singlet type stuff. I know there is also a shop opposite 'The Pub' which also sells bigger size men's clothes, have not been in there myself but was told about it. If you are after more formal type clothes you can always get a tailor to make them for you at a very reasonable price. As for shoes, the one shop I found that had some bigger size men's shoes was Jocelyn's Shoes, opposite Mataharis in Kuta Square. Do not be too sensitive at some of the comments by the Balinese, they often will yell out 'yes we have king kong size here' or something similar - size or age are not an issue to them so they are not being deliberately impolite.
