I stayed in a Mezzanine room in August 2004. Can't comment on the others rooms as I didn't see them.
It has, or at that time had, 2 single beds downstairs and 1 double bed upstairs. It had an outside toilet/bathroom. I was in need of repair but I understand the hotel is in the process of renovating so I'm not sure of the state of the room now. It had a fridge and no television.
I wouldn't hesitate staying at the Garden View Cottages again. I found the staff to be friendly and the hotel in a good location.
