We visit the PANTI ASUHAN WIDHYA ASIH 1V Orphanage.
Took 100 pillowcases - 2 for each child last year. They are all girls under 18 but they occasionally look after babies. A friend from Melbourne organised new matresses, a quilt & towel each and we gave them each their own personal hairbrush, shampoo, exercise books and other little nick nacks. We also bought them 6 chairs for their visitors area as they were concerned that their guests should be comfortable.
There are many orphanages in Bali & its really worth taking the time to visit one & if you feel inclined take them a little gift each - believe me it will make their day and yours as well!!!!!
