My advice is; I wouldn't worry too much about your cases, I have a
small padlock on one case and don't worry about the others, never had a problem. Most restaurants and bars are good, do a search for restaurant list and you will find plenty. All are cheap compaired to ones here. We take cash, have found $100 notes are the best, just make sure they are like new, no tears or marks on them and they will be fine. There is also atm machines everywhere if you aren't comfy carrying large amounts of cash. General opinion is around $100 per day is more than enough but this will depend on what you plan on doing and buying. You will love Bali and hope this has helped a little. Cheers
