I always handled my own luggage, but the last couple of times I have used them, at least I am supporting their jobs. 10,000rp seems a fair price. Don't you love it when another guy just walks along with his hand on the trolly to assist the trolly assistant. Do get them to take it to your transport for that much, and don't pay until they are finished. Its a good service!
