NO! Its always flat there as far as I know. Closest place to surf from here that has reliable waves is back towards Sanur, or go back to Padang Bai and get a boat over to Nusa Lembongan. There are a couple of places near candi dasa that pick up waves in the right conditions. I'd tell you where, but half the fun is finding them....get a decent map of Bali, hire a car for yourself, and explore...you may be pleasantly surprised. We have had nice waves at Jasri, where the road head inlands after Candi Dasa on the way to Amed. Quite a few local surfers surf around Klungkung too. Bangsal Beach too.
