One more thing I can think of not related to taxes or visa but make sure you keep your departure card[s] safely locked up for when you leave.
This is a white card which will be handed out to everyone on the on the flight. You fill out on the plane, [along with your customs declaration] for arrival and the other half is for departure. When you go through immigration in Bali the Departure section of the card is returned to you. When you leave Bali you have to give the Departure card back.
Sorry, you may know this already, but it's a pain in the butt if you lose or misplace it. cheers :-)
