I am returning to Bali this month for some r&r and planning to stay in Ubud and perhaps also either Candidasa or Amed. The peace of these places might be too much for my brother, who is coming with me for the first time, so I figured I'd also include a couple of days in the more 'beachy/active' south for him. Not sure where to choose though - Sanur, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Benoa etc. Would prefer bungalows to big hotels - anyone got some good recommendations?
