Hi Aly
Last year we went on a 40km nike ride that was wonderful(even for us that are not fit, its all down hill) it was about $40AUS. You had breakfast on a mountain top and lunch at the end. Well worth it. We also went parasailing, to the elephant park, whitewater rafting. We are friends with a man called Putu. He runs Bali Brumby. He organised all our trips for good prices. He even finds out what time high tide is before you go to parasailing so that if you want to go jetskiing or bana-boating the water is at a good level. No matter who organises your trips for you (even your hotel) they will get a commission. We prefer to go through him as the commission is then going to a local rather than a hotel boss. You will find Bali Brumby behind Bubba Grump restuarant. We go and get prices from the stalls on the street then take the pamphlet to him and he usually is able to get a better prices. He also hired a car and took us to the monkey forest, jimberan bay, denpasar etc. We also went on some tours via motorbike just for a real bali experience. give them a try. they will do all they can to make your holiday great! if you want any extra info just email me.
