In April I used the Premium Lounge, which is near Gate 1 but upstairs. Cost was Rp 195K (US$20). It was a very pleasant place to spend 3 hours til my plane left BUT the food was only passable and, although I was one of only 2 people there, I wasn't notified when my flight was boarding and was late on. Unlimited alcohol.
Hubby tried the Prada Lounge last week - I had a leaflet showing Rp100K. They tried to charge him Rp150K but settled for 100K. Seems similar to the Premier. No info on any other Lounge, sorry. If you have to wait a long time for your flight I recommend using a Lounge. They have internet access, showers, foot massage, very comfy seats, cable TV.
