Best Ubud Hotel View - Cliffside Jungle

Last trip to Bali was 2001 - loved the Kamandalu. Nice view of river valley, but can we do better? We want to book an Ubud hotel with the best view - for me, that would be a private traditional villa with breathtaking views from high up, perched on a cliff, overlooking lush river valley. I mean - I want the jungle experience!

I'm wondering which Ubud hotels offer the best, breathtaking, perched on a cliff jungle view:

Natura jungle villa?
Ubud Hanging Garden?
Kupa Kupa Barong?
Ibah?
Others?
