Garlic Lane is named after one of the original businesses in this street called GARLIC CAR RENTAL. Back in the year dot, most streets were named from the longest running business on that street or the business on the corner of it.......not a bad idea actually!!!
Its 'real' name is Sahadewa, pron. SA-HA-DE-WA.
