first time to bali

Hi all, will go to Bali for the first time may 20 to 26. Flying from Tokyo, Japan. Would be glad to meet anyone for drinks if anyone is there the same time. Still deciding on hotel but maybe Bali Rani or Dewi Sri hotel...trying to maintain some sort of budget without sacrificing quality.
